1. Return and Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of our offerings (fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, and other perishable goods), returns and exchanges are only allowed under certain conditions.

  • Before 3 PM: If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will assist you in returning the product or offering an exchange.
  • After 3 PM: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 3 PM due to our delivery schedule. We recommend checking your order thoroughly at the time of delivery.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a full refund or replacement, provided you notify us within 3 hours of receiving your order.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Dairy items
  • Frozen products
  • Bakery goods

4. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition, unopened, and undamaged.
  • Be reported to customer support within 3 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.

5. Process for Returns and Exchanges

  • Processing: Once we approve your request, you will be given instructions on how to return the item. The cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be covered by Chambal Shop in case of damaged or incorrect items.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If there is an issue with your delivery (delayed or missing items), please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details at the time of placing your order.
  • Inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you notice any discrepancies or damage, report them to us immediately.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before 3 PM on the same day of the order. Once the delivery process has started after 3 PM, cancellations are not allowed.
